WooCommerce Tax Exempt

Tax Exempt for WooCommerce automates tax exemptions. You can exempt specific customers by email or whole user roles with no form, or let customers apply through a form in My Account.

You choose which form fields are on: VAT, text, text area and file upload, with custom labels, instructions and allowed file types. Requests can be approved or rejected manually, from the admin screen or by links in the notification email, or approved automatically through VAT validation. You can set an expiry date for an exemption, restrict requests by user role and allow guests to claim exemption. Exempt customers see an exemption checkbox at checkout, and its heading and label can be changed.

Customers and admins get customizable emails for submitted, approved, disapproved and expired exemptions. Exemption status shows in My Account, in admin and customer order details and in order emails. It is compatible with Cart & Checkout Blocks and partially compatible with AvaTax.
