WooCommerce Subscriptions Gifting
Let customers buy a subscription for someone else and share its management with the recipient.
About This Plugin
Gifting for WooCommerce Subscriptions lets one person buy a subscription product for someone else, then shares the subscription between purchaser and recipient for the rest of its life cycle. It requires WooCommerce Subscriptions, and the Gifting feature has since been merged into WooCommerce Subscriptions itself.
Customers tick a This is a gift checkbox and enter the recipient's email address on the single product page, the cart or the checkout. If the recipient has no account, one is created and they get an email with a link to set a password. Recipients manage the subscription from My Account but see no product prices or billing details.
Store managers see which line items are gifts and can add or change the recipient from the Edit Subscription screen. The checkbox label is editable, and an option lets both purchaser and recipient access downloadable subscription products.
