WooCommerce Custom Payment Gateway Pro lets you add manual or custom payment methods to WooCommerce checkout and design your own payment form. It does not process payments or handle financial transactions.

Create as many gateways as you need, each with its own settings, custom order status and custom gateway icon. A drag and drop form builder adds text fields, checkboxes, dates, multiple input fields, a signature field and file uploads. You can send order details to external systems after checkout through API requests, show custom instructions on the payment gateway page, and send email notifications to customers and admins based on specific payment actions. It is compatible with WooCommerce Blocks.

Ready-made workflows cover a bank transfer gateway, pay by invoice for B2B customers, a manual payment link with a QR code, payment proof upload, cash on pickup and crypto manual payment. Each can be customized with your own instructions, checkout fields and order handling.
