UsersWP Groups

The Groups add-on for UsersWP creates a community with discussion groups. It is heavily inspired by Facebook groups, with some of the same functionality and layout.

Users create groups and decide their group's privacy and posting settings. Group creators set the name, description, banner image and group rules. They choose privacy as Public, Private or Hidden, post moderation as Auto Publish or Require Approval, and who can invite new members. The Create New Group form opens in a modal window from any link or button with the create-new-group class.

Group owners can assign moderators who approve or reject posts and deal with flagged posts. Each post can be flagged for the admins. Users post text, links, YouTube videos and images. Members like and comment on posts, reply with images and like each comment.
