Request a Quote for WooCommerce lets customers add products to a quote basket and ask for a price estimate by submitting a customizable quote form. You add a quote button on specific products, and you can hide prices and replace the Add to Cart button with it, which suits wholesale, retail and other B2B customers.

Rule-based management sets different options per user role, product and category. Guests can see a custom button linking to login or signup, general customers get normal Add to Cart, retail customers get Add to Cart plus the quote button, and wholesale customers see prices and Add to Cart hidden with only the quote option. An offered price column lets customers add their offered price for each product.

Customers review items in a Quote Cart, change quantities and complete the quote form. The form takes unlimited custom fields: text and text area, date, time and date-time, number, email, file upload, select dropdown and multi-select, radio buttons, checkbox and terms and conditions. Multiple quote form and quote PDF templates are available, and you can accept or reject quotes, adjust prices and convert quotes to a cart or an order.
