MonsterInsights – User Journey Addon

MonsterInsights User Journey shows the path each customer took through your site before completing a purchase. It lists every page visited, in order, from first landing to completed purchase, with the exact URL of each page. It all sits inside your WordPress dashboard, with no code required.

See the time spent on each step, down to the minute, and on each page, down to the second. Click into any individual order to see the journey behind it. Campaign and UTM attribution shows which campaign, traffic source or ad first brought each customer. Friction point identification shows which pages or steps appear in abandoned journeys, and a journey overview report compares paths across purchases.

It works out of the box with WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, GiveWP, LifterLMS, MemberPress and Restrict Content Pro.
