About This Plugin
MetForm Pro is a form builder for Elementor. You build contact, conditional, multi-step and signup forms with a drag-and-drop builder that has 38+ widgets, and start from 30+ templates.
Conditional logic shows only the fields that matter, and multi-step forms break long forms into stages. You can also design quiz and survey forms.
Confirmation emails go out after each submission. reCAPTCHA integration blocks spam. Shortcodes place a form on any page or post, and payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal support donation and payment forms.
