JetFormBuilder Schedule Forms

Schedule Forms is a JetFormBuilder Pro add-on that sets the time frame in which a form is available.

Switch the Schedule Forms toggle on. Then use one monthly calendar to pick the month, date, year and time when the form becomes available on the front end, and another to pick when it closes. Add a message to show in place of the form before the start date, and another after the end date. Both support shortcodes.

Use it for assignment deadlines, job fair applications, giveaways and sweepstakes, short-notice surveys, time-limited voting and event registration windows.
