About This Plugin
JetFormBuilder PDF Attachment is an add-on for JetFormBuilder. It converts user-submitted form data into a PDF each time a form is sent.
The PDF is saved in the Uploads folder, protected from public access. After submission you can attach it to the confirmation email, or open it for download. Typical uses are application forms, medical reports, tickets, receipts and vacation requests.
You build the PDF template yourself, with Heading, Paragraph, Image, Columns, Custom HTML and Table blocks. Form field macros place the submitted data in the template, and you adjust font style, text color and background color.
