JetFormBuilder Hierarchical Select

JetFormBuilder Hierarchical Select is an add-on for JetFormBuilder. It adds a new field block that outputs multi-level Select fields, where child terms come from a hierarchical taxonomy and show as cascading dropdown lists. It suits post submitting and editing forms.

You pick the taxonomy, which has to be hierarchical, so tags are not available. Choose whether each value is the term ID, name, slug or meta. Then decide how child levels behave: show them all, hide them until the parent level is chosen, or show them disabled until then.

Typical uses are a car listing form that sorts make, brand and model, a product form with a path like Men > Collection > Jeans, or a job application form with company type, position and vacancy type.
