About This Plugin
This add-on for JetFormBuilder runs a form's after-submit actions without a form on the page. Create endpoints of three types, REST API, URL query or WP AJAX, each with its own access check, and manage them on a Routes admin page with request logs.
A button option in the block editor, Elementor and Bricks submits to a chosen route with the data you set. It needs the free JetFormBuilder plugin.
