GravityExport exports Gravity Forms entries to Excel, CSV, PDF or Google Sheets. You share the results with secure links or deliver them to cloud storage on a schedule.
Point a form at a Google Sheet and it stays in sync as entries are added, edited or deleted. Numbers, dates and currency arrive as real values, so you can sort, filter and build formulas right away. Updates run on every new entry, on a schedule or by webhook. Deliver files to Dropbox, Box, SFTP, FTP or a local folder, and share secure download links that need no admin access.
Build reports once and schedule them hourly, daily, weekly or monthly. Choose fields, apply conditional logic, split complex data and combine data from multiple forms. Control access by logged-in user or role. Hooks and actions customize templates and workflows, and you can style PDFs with your own templates and overrides. Exports and schedules are unlimited across Excel, CSV, PDF and Google Sheets.
