About This Plugin
Gravity Forms Terms Of Service adds a Terms of Service field to any Gravity Form. You can require the user to scroll through the full terms before acknowledging, and require checkbox agreement.
The field supports HTML and shortcodes, so you can style your terms and keep them readable. Already have a Terms of Service page? Embed its content into the field. A merge tag modifier adds the terms to Confirmations and Notifications.
