Gravity Perks – Gravity Forms Limit Submissions
Limit form submissions by user, role, IP, page or field value over any time period.
About This Plugin
Gravity Forms Limit Submissions is a Gravity Perks add-on that controls who, what, when, where and how many times a Gravity Forms form can be submitted. You can limit by user, role or IP address, by any field value, or by the page the form was submitted from. You can also allow the same combination of name and address only once.
You set up limits in Limit Feeds. Each feed holds rules, a number of allowed entries and a time period: forever, a rolling period from seconds to years, a calendar day, week, month or year, or the form's schedule. Feeds run from top to bottom and you can re-order them by dragging. Rules can be grouped, and conditional logic applies when a rule uses a field value.
When a limit is reached, the form shows a custom limitation message that supports merge tags. The admin, the submitter or both can be notified through Gravity Forms notifications. A shortcode displays the current submission count, the remaining count and the total limit. Global feeds, collective multi-form limits and documented hooks cover developer needs.
