Entry Automation for Gravity Forms handles entry maintenance for you. Export entries, delete specific entry data and send reminder notifications on a schedule you set.
Exports go out by email or to Dropbox, Google Drive and Amazon S3, with uploaded files included, in CSV, Excel, PDF or JSON. Delete entries on form submission or on a schedule, and target exactly which entries go. Arrange exported fields and relabel columns to fit your workflow.
Tasks run hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or on form submission, and a drag and drop interface sets their order. Task chaining runs several exports and deletes the entries in one pass. Reminder emails build on the Gravity Forms Save and Continue feature, so you can follow up on draft submissions.
