FooEvents Custom Attendee Fields is an extension for FooEvents that adds custom fields to ticket purchases. You collect the attendee information your event needs at checkout.
Create text fields, dropdowns, checkboxes, radio buttons and other input types. Collect details for each individual attendee, such as meal preferences, T-shirt sizes, accessibility requirements, emergency contacts, waiver acceptance or membership numbers. Mark fields as required.
View the custom attendee details from your WordPress admin. The extension supports both the classic checkout and the Checkout Block.
