About This Plugin
Reviews is an Easy Digital Downloads extension that lets visitors and customers review your products. You can turn reviews on or off for each product and choose who may leave them: verified customers, logged-in users, or everyone. A moderation queue guards against spam and abuse, and the WordPress admin lets you moderate, approve, delete and reply to reviews.
To get more reviews, send the customer a discount code automatically after they submit one. You can also set up request emails that go out right after purchase or after a delay of several days, with fully customizable text and branding.
Set minimum and maximum word limits for reviews. Embed reviews with shortcodes and widgets. Reviews include HTML5 microdata for Schema.org so search engines can show them in results. With Frontend Submissions, customers can leave feedback on vendors.
