Easy Digital Downloads Invoices

The Invoices feature lets customers create HTML-based invoices for their purchases. They print them or download them to PDF and use them for VAT compliance. If your store allows it, customers can enter their name, address and VAT on the generated invoice, all optional fields. It requires Easy Digital Downloads Pro.

Setup takes an Invoice page with the [edd_invoices] shortcode, selected under Downloads > Settings > Payments > Invoices. Options include a logo URL, an invoice style (template and accent color), your company name and address, a registration number and a tax or VAT number. You can disable address editing, disable invoices for free purchases and include an invoice in purchase receipts.
