Free Downloads gives visitors lead magnets and freebies through a modal window pop-up. They skip the standard cart and checkout process. Lead magnet ideas include eBooks, PDFs, lite versions of software, sample media and training resources.

It integrates with Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Campaign Monitor, GetResponse, AWeber, MailPoet and Mad Mimi, and subscribes users to email lists when they complete a free download.

After a user fills out the modal, you can redirect to the Success page for the download link, redirect to a page of your choosing, or start the file download automatically. You can require a first and/or last name, require the user to set up an account, require email verification and display a custom message. Each visitor who fills out the modal becomes a customer under Downloads > Customers, so you can track leads, leave notes, resend confirmation emails, send a new download link and export the list.
