Easy Digital Downloads Currency Converter

This Easy Digital Downloads extension lets customers convert product prices to the currency of their choice. Orders are still processed in the base currency set in Easy Digital Downloads, and converted prices are for reference only.

It gets exchange rates from Open Exchange Rates, or you can enter rates manually. The extension detects the customer's currency from their location, and shoppers can pick a currency from a dropdown with the [edd_select_currency] shortcode. You can replace the base price with the converted price, or show it next to the base price in brackets. You can also append the currency code to product prices.

Manage currencies with drag-and-drop and add custom currencies with custom symbols. A shortcode shows the customer's saved currency in a menu label. If the saved currency differs from the base currency, customers see a notice on the cart page that orders are processed in the base currency. The design is responsive, and localization is fully supported.
