Download Monitor Gravity Forms Lock

This add-on for Download Monitor requires visitors to complete a Gravity Forms form before they get a download. Open a download, select a form, and the file stays locked until the form is successfully submitted. Gravity Forms must be installed and activated.

Entries are stored in Gravity Forms like any other form, and export to a .csv file in one click. Import them into your CRM or email marketing tool. A shortcode displays the form wherever you want it, so you build your own download pages. It is compatible with page builders including Gutenberg, Elementor and Divi.

Pair it with the Email Notification extension to get notified as soon as a form is submitted.
