About This Plugin
This add-on for SupportCandy creates groups of agents. You assign tickets to an agentgroup just like you assign them to an individual agent.
Set up agentgroups and make some of the members supervisors. A supervisor can see and manage all tickets assigned to the group. To keep access when assigning a ticket to someone else, a supervisor leaves it assigned to the group too. You can also filter assignable agents by agentgroup.
