Ninja Forms – User Management

This add-on turns Ninja Forms forms into user registration, login and profile management tools. Every registration creates a real WordPress user account. Assign a standard or custom role to each new user.

Choose whether to auto-generate a password and email credentials, or add a password field so users set their own. Redirect users after signup or log them in automatically. A ready-made login form works on any page, post or widget area and includes a forgot password link. The Update Profile template pre-fills each user's data, so they edit only what changes.

Map form fields to custom user meta keys. User Access settings control who views and edits submissions by role: Owner access limits users to their own submissions, and Others access covers all submissions.
