Ninja Forms – User Analytics

This add-on adds hidden fields to your Ninja Forms that record where each visitor came from. It captures UTM parameters, referrer URLs, browser name and version, and operating system with every submission. No visible field is added to your form.

UTM capture covers utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content. If a visitor arrives without UTM parameters, the fields record as empty. Add the User Analytics fields you want with the builder's Add Field button, and rename each label.

The data lives in the standard Ninja Forms submissions table, with no external dashboard or third-party account. Filter, search and export it with the same tools you use for other submissions.
