About This Plugin
Image Choices replaces standard radio buttons and checkboxes in Gravity Forms with images. Users see a visual representation of each choice instead of a text label. It supports Survey, Poll, Quiz, Product and Option fields.
You attach PNG, JPG, GIF and SVG images from the default WordPress media library, and all the Gravity Forms functionality you already use stays in place. Pre-built theme skins are included in the add-on.
Version 1.5 adds images to single product fields and enables quantity selection. It also works with product and product option fields.
