Gravity Forms Help Scout Add-On

This add-on for Gravity Forms turns each form submission into a Help Scout conversation, so you can accept customer queries on your website and manage them in Help Scout.

Choose the destination mailbox, assign the ticket to a team member and add tags. Build the subject and message body with merge tags from form data, include uploaded files as attachments up to 10MB, and CC other email addresses.

Conditional logic controls when tickets are created, so only relevant submissions generate them.
