Gravity Forms ActiveCampaign Add-On

This add-on for Gravity Forms sends form submissions to ActiveCampaign and adds the subscriber to your list. Leads reach ActiveCampaign right after the form is submitted.

You choose the list, map any form field to an ActiveCampaign custom field, and assign tags to segment your audience. Subscribers can be added to a campaign of your choice the moment they submit. Double opt-in sends a confirmation email before a contact joins your list.

Conditional logic sets when data is sent, so only qualified leads are added. Consent fields and conditional logic support GDPR-compliant forms.
