WooCommerce Print Invoices & Packing Lists

Print Invoices and Packing Lists generates invoices, packing lists and pick lists for WooCommerce orders. You print from the Orders page, individually or in bulk with two clicks, or while editing an order. Customers can view invoices from the My Account page.

Invoices can be printed, emailed as HTML when an order is paid or viewed in the customer account area. Settings control which information shows, and a live preview in the WordPress Customizer adjusts colors, font sizes and appearance. Use sequential invoice numbers or WooCommerce order numbers; the Sequential Order Numbers Pro extension is supported.

Packing lists show the items needed for one order, sorted by product category, and can exclude virtual items or include customer notes. Pick lists combine several orders into one list for mass fulfillment, grouped by order or by category. Packing lists can email to shop admins automatically for new orders, and you can filter orders by whether invoices or packing lists have printed.
