Paid Memberships Pro – Limit Post Views

This add-on for Paid Memberships Pro sets up a metered paywall. It limits how many times visitors and members can view protected posts, so casual readers see what they are missing before they join. It suits blogs, magazines and news sites.

A cookie tracks how many premium posts each visitor has viewed. When a visitor or member reaches the limit, the add-on redirects them to the page you assign, such as your membership signup page. A settings screen sets the number of free views per custom period. You can give non-members one limit, set limits per membership level, and set a limit for logged-in members on content they cannot already access.

It supports any post type with a few tweaks. Search engines can still index your content while user access is limited.
