AffiliateWP – Affiliate Forms For Ninja Forms

This add-on for AffiliateWP creates an affiliate registration form with the free Ninja Forms plugin.

Use any default Ninja Forms field, or the four new field types the add-on adds. Drag and drop fields to reorder them, make them required and label them as you like. Only the email field is required. With no username field, the WordPress username is created from the email address. With no password field, a password is generated for the affiliate.

Enable a checkbox on a field to create an email tag for any AffiliateWP email. When you require approval, the submission shows on the review affiliate screen, and you can view it later from Affiliates, Edit Affiliate. Ninja Forms add-ons extend the form: mailing list, Slack, webhooks, conditional logic, File Upload, Pushover and PDF Form Submission each need their own add-on.
