YITH WooCommerce SMS Notifications automates text messages to admins and customers with every order status update. Admins get SMS about new, refunded or shipped orders even away from the computer, and customers can be notified when their order is processed or shipped.

Choose from more than 40 SMS services, including Twilio, Clickatell, MessageBird, MSG91 and Nexmo SMS, and set the sender name and number. Send SMS to every customer who orders, or show a checkbox at checkout so only users who agree get texts. A table lists all order statuses, custom ones included, and you pick which statuses send an SMS. Statuses created with YITH WooCommerce Custom Order Status are supported, and you choose which SMS go to the store admin.

Customize every SMS text with placeholders, send ad hoc SMS from the order details page and shorten URLs with Bitly or TinyURL. You can also enable special characters and adjust the maximum characters per SMS, 160 by default.
