YITH Advanced Refund System for WooCommerce makes refund requests easy to submit and manage for both the administrator and the customer. Customers can request a refund for the entire order or for single products.

Limit the number of days after purchase in which a request can be made, accept requests automatically or review them by hand, and allow requests only when the order total passes a threshold you set. Pay refunds manually or through the payment gateway used for the order, pay the requested amount or enter another, and pick the product quantity to refund. The plugin can also refund taxes, offer a coupon with an optional expiration date as an alternative, and add refunded products back to stock.

Customers explain their reason with a message and a file, and you exchange messages with them in a full history for each request. Reject a request with one click and the customer gets an email. Set refund rules for single products and variations, or show a custom message on products that are not refundable. An icon on the orders list marks orders with a refund request, and status emails go to both sides.
