About This Plugin
This WPML add-on translates Mailchimp for WordPress (MC4WP) sign-up forms, so visitors sign up from a page in their own language and receive welcome emails and automations in that language.
Field labels, placeholders, the submit button, opt-in or consent text and the success and error messages all render in the page's language. The add-on works alongside ibericode's free MC4WP: WPML Integration plugin, which routes each sign-up to the right Mailchimp audience based on the visitor's WPML language. Both plugins are needed for the full setup. You can use per-language audiences, or one audience with per-language tags, and the subscriber's language is sent to Mailchimp's language field.
Forms translate wherever MC4WP places them: in-content blocks, sidebar widgets, footer forms, the WooCommerce checkout opt-in, the comment form checkbox and the registration form. Opt-ins in Gravity Forms, WPForms, Ninja Forms, Contact Form 7, Easy Digital Downloads, Give, AffiliateWP, BuddyPress, bbPress and Events Manager are covered too.
