WPForms Signatures

This add-on adds a drag-and-drop Signature field to WPForms. Visitors sign with a finger, mouse, or stylus on any device, and the signature saves with the form entry as a transparent PNG.

Use it on contracts, waivers, consent forms, petitions, and donation forms. Conditional logic shows the field only when it applies. Pair it with a Stripe, PayPal, or Square payment to collect a signature and a payment in one submission. Built-in consent tools support GDPR and privacy compliance, and email alerts tell you when a signed submission arrives.

Signatures stay in your WordPress dashboard with your other entries, searchable and exportable. You can send them to Google Drive, Dropbox, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Notion, or trigger Zapier, Make, or n8n workflows.
