About This Plugin
This add-on for WP Job Manager lets candidates apply to jobs with a form instead of the standard mail or website links. Applications are stored in the database, and the employer gets an email notification.
The form has fields for the candidate name, email, cover letter or message and a resume upload. An editor in the backend adds, edits and removes fields and customizes the emails sent to the employer and the candidate.
Applications show in the employer job dashboard or in the admin dashboard. You give them private notes and ratings and organize them by status, such as interviewed, new and archived. It integrates with Resume Manager, so a logged in user can pick a saved resume on the form.
