About This Plugin
WP AMP adds support for Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) to WordPress and WooCommerce. AMP HTML is an open source initiative by Google for mobile content that loads instantly.
It covers home pages, blog pages, single posts, static pages, categories, tags, date and author archives, search, the 404 page, custom post types and taxonomies. WooCommerce shop, product, category, tag and cart pages work too. Checkout and account pages cannot be in the AMP version, so users go to the regular site from there. Images, videos, audio and iframes can be embedded.
A built-in drag and drop page builder enables, disables, modifies and rearranges AMP blocks. Customize the logo, header menu, colors, fonts, footer, featured images, post meta blocks, related and recent posts, comments, ad blocks, and custom HTML and CSS. Track visitors with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Yandex.Metrika and Facebook Pixel, and place AdSense and DoubleClick ads, including with the [wp-amp-ad] shortcode. It works with Yoast SEO, All in One SEO Pack, The SEO Framework and SEO Ultimate. Shortcodes cover related posts, recent posts, share buttons and hiding content from AMP.
