About This Plugin
SearchWP LIKE Terms is an extension for SearchWP that applies partial term matching. Unlike Fuzzy Matches, it does no spell checking, so close spelling variants stay out of your results, which avoids performance problems.
It suits SKU searching. You can allow partial matches without exposing thousands of similarly spelled SKUs.
Filters tune the behavior: the minimum word length for matching (default 4), whether matching applies to the keyword stem (default off), and wildcards before and after search terms (both on by default). The extension is deprecated as of SearchWP 3.0.
