JetFormBuilder Limit Form Responses

Limit Form Responses is a JetFormBuilder Pro add-on that controls the overall number of form submissions and the number per user.

Switch the limit on, then set how many times the form can be submitted before it closes. You can restrict users from submitting the form by IP address, cookie value, session value and logged-in status. Set a message to show instead of the form to people who have already submitted it. That message supports shortcodes. A custom message also appears instead of the form once the response limit is reached.

Use it for invitation-only events, course applications, job applications and voting forms where each IP address counts once.
