EventOn Daily View

This add-on for EventON shows events for one day at a time. It adds a day strip and a focus-day box with navigation buttons to the calendar, so visitors find events by date.

The day strip shows up to 3 color-coded event dots per date, plus a + when there are more, and hovering over a dot shows the event name. The current date box shows the focus date and the number of events, and its arrows move between days and months. You can hide the box, and a month jumper can be enabled in settings.

You can load the calendar with just today's events. Later days load through AJAX when a visitor clicks the arrow, which helps the page load faster. Fixed day or day increment values in the shortcode generator set which day shows on page load. It works with EventON filtering, and fonts, colors, hover effects and backgrounds are set in EventON Settings.
