Easy Digital Downloads Checkout Fields Manager

Checkout Fields Manager lets you add custom fields to your Easy Digital Downloads checkout with a drag-and-drop interface. It supports 22 field types, including text, textarea, select, multiselect, radio, checkbox, country, date, URL, file upload, repeat field, section break, HTML, terms and conditions, honeypot, reCAPTCHA, hidden and action hook.

Collect extra information such as company name, bio and business contacts. Conditional logic works on almost all fields and can use the cart total, items in the cart or user behavior, so you only ask when you need to. For example, show a file upload field only when a design service is in the cart, or add a Notes or Special Requests field.

GDPR options let you choose how submitted data is stored and let customers view it and request its removal. Zapier integration passes field values into Zaps, and CSV export of EDD customer records includes custom field values. reCAPTCHA v3 and the invisible Honeypot field stop bots and spammers.
